  • User Ids and Device IDs – When you install the ThinkFiend Application, we create a unique identification number associated with that installation of the software (“User ID”).  We may also collect and store a unique device ID associated with your particular device (“Device ID”).  If you have a ThinkFiend Account, we will associate your User ID or your Device ID with your Registration Information.
  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - ThinkFiend users choose to interact with ThinkFiend in ways that require ThinkFiend to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that ThinkFiend gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. When people sign up for ThinkFiend, we ask them to setup an account with username and email address, and we ask them to connect social accounts and provide other information, such as location, that we can use to help the user find interesting content and share it with their friends. In each case, ThinkFiend collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with ThinkFiend. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, although doing so may prevent them from availing of the full range of ThinkFiend’s services like personalization and sharing.
  • Usage Information – We also collect information about how you use our Services, including how you view and interact with content, advertisements, the parts of our Services that you use, information you search for, content that you view, and actions you take such as uploading photos, liking content, creating stacks or sending email.
  • Social Network Information (Social Network Services – SNSs) – ThinkFiend enables you to interact with Social Networking services such as Facebook and Twitter.  To do so, you must provide ThinkFiend with your account credentials for an SNS. ThinkFiend will retain those credentials, keep them private and use them to enable your access to the SNS.  When you choose to access an SNS via the Services, ThinkFiend may collect information you’ve made public through the SNS, such as your address, gender, user ID, list of friends.  Depending on the SNS you choose to utilize via the Services and in accordance with the privacy settings you have set in your SNS account, you can post information to your SNS account via the Services, and information you have posted to an SNS will be available via the Services.  For example, via the ThinkFiend Application you can access and log in to your Facebook account by entering your Facebook account credentials through “Facebook Connect” and interact with your Facebook account via ThinkFiend.  We encourage you to read the privacy policies and other statements of the SNSs you use, as those privacy policies will govern your interactions with such SNSs.
